Altrad Atika Compact Forced-Action Pan Mixer 110v
The Compact range from Altrad Atika, supplied through Altrad Belle in the UK, brings forced-action pan mixing to a machine that is small enough to move around a building. Rather than relying on a rotating drum to tumble the mix, the Compact uses driven paddles in a static pan, which suits stiff, dry or specialist materials that a conventional drum mixer struggles to blend evenly.
Forced-Action Mixing The mixing mechanism combines offset mixing forks, paddles and scrapers in a three-way action, so material is worked from the floor and sides of the pan rather than simply lifted and dropped. The paddles can be replaced individually, and the mixing parts come out without tools for cleaning.
Designed for Interior Work The Compact 100 is narrow enough to pass through a standard 28 inch doorway and fits in an estate car or small van. Large wheels help when moving it over steps, slopes and uneven ground, and a slide in the base of the pan lets you discharge directly into buckets or a wheelbarrow.
