Altrad Belle BC350 Masonry Saw

The BC350 is a heavy-duty electric bench saw for accurate, repeatable cuts in block, brick, paving and stone. A 2.2kW induction motor drives 350mm blades to a maximum depth of 128mm, and a sliding table gives a 650mm cutting length. A submersible water pump supplies the blade for wet cutting and dust suppression.

Accurate Bench Cutting With the material clamped on a sliding table and pushed through the blade, the BC350 produces square, consistent cuts that are hard to achieve by hand. That makes it a good fit for repetitive cutting on blockwork, paving and landscaping jobs.

Induction Motor The 3.0hp (2.2kW) induction motor is built for long working days, with fewer wearing parts than a brushed motor. Electric power also means no exhaust, so the saw can work in sheltered areas and workshops.

Wet Cutting for Dust Control The submersible pump recirculates water to the blade, keeping dust down and helping the diamond blade run cool.

110v or 230v Two versions are available. The 110v model runs on a 32A single-phase supply and needs at least a 5kVA continuous transformer, which suits most UK construction sites. The 230v model runs on a 16A single-phase supply for yards, workshops and sites with a suitable 230v supply.

Materials With a suitable 350mm diamond blade, the BC350 cuts:

• Concrete block: dense and lightweight blocks.
• Brick: facing and engineering bricks.
• Paving: slabs, flags and block paving.
• Natural stone: walling and paving stone.
• Ceramic and porcelain: with a dedicated tile blade.

Typical Applications Blockwork and brickwork on house building sites, patio and driveway paving, garden walling and landscaping, and general cutting in builders’ yards and hire depots. At 79kg it can be moved between work areas on site, while staying stable and secure in use.
