Description

Altrad Belle DC300E+ Battery Disc Cutter Kit

The DC300E+ is a 12″ cordless disc cutter that brings Belle’s 82V battery platform to hand-held cutting. A brushless motor drives 300mm blades to a maximum depth of 112mm, with no fuel mixing, pull-starting or exhaust. This kit includes everything needed to start cutting: the saw, an 82V 8Ah battery, a charger and a PUX30020 diamond blade.

Cordless and Emission-Free Without a two-stroke engine there are no exhaust fumes, which makes the DC300E+ well suited to indoor work, basements, refurbishments and occupied sites. It also cuts out fuel storage and the time spent starting a cold engine.

Brushless 82V Motor The brushless motor runs on the Belle 82V lithium-ion battery. The 8Ah pack supplied holds 580Wh and reaches about 80% charge in around 48 minutes. It is the same battery used across the Belle 82V range, including the DUX E+ poker drive unit, the PCLX battery plates and the MiniMix 150E+.

Practical on Site The saw shell weighs 5.7kg before battery and blade. The blade guard has five positions for different cutting angles, and a 400 lumen LED work light shows the cut line in poor light.

Wet or Dry Cutting The DC300E+ can be used wet or dry. Cutting wet keeps dust down at the source and is the better choice for concrete and masonry wherever possible.

Materials Fitted with a suitable diamond blade, the DC300E+ handles a wide range of construction materials:

  • Concrete: slabs, kerbs, lintels and precast units.
  • Masonry: brick, block and stone.
  • Paving: slabs, setts and block paving.
  • Pipe and duct: concrete and clay pipe for drainage work.

Typical Applications Groundworks and drainage, landscaping and paving, building refurbishment, utility work and indoor cutting where a petrol cut-off saw would not be acceptable. The kit format means it is ready to work straight away.
