Altrad Belle DUX E+ Battery Poker Drive Unit
The DUX E+ takes the familiar ground-standing poker drive unit and replaces the petrol engine with an 82V lithium-ion battery and a 2.9kW digital brushless motor. It drives standard flexible poker shafts through a 60mm round PTO with a two-dog coupling, so crews can compact concrete in pours where engine noise and exhaust are a problem. It shares its battery platform with other machines in the Belle 82V range.
Cordless Power for Concrete Vibration With no engine to start, no fuel to carry and no exhaust, the DUX E+ suits enclosed slabs, basements, refurbishment work and occupied sites where emissions and noise are closely controlled. The brushless motor has no brushes to wear out, which keeps routine maintenance to a minimum.
Shared 82V Battery Platform The unit is designed for Altrad Belle 82V lithium-ion batteries, rated at 72V nominal. The 8Ah pack holds 580Wh and reaches about 80% charge in around 48 minutes. The same batteries fit other Belle 82V machines, including the PCLX32E+ and PCLX40E+ battery plates, the DC300E+ disc cutter and the MiniMix 150E+, so fleets can share packs and chargers across several tools.
Standard Shaft Connection The 60mm round PTO and two-dog (bow tie) coupling accept industry-standard flexible poker shafts. That means the DUX E+ can work with shafts and heads already on the hire shelf. Suitable 6m flexible assemblies are available with heads from 25mm to 58mm, so one drive unit covers thin sections through to heavier foundation pours.
Built for Site Conditions The drive unit carries an IP44 rating against splashing water and dust. It weighs 26kg without battery or shaft, and its compact 556 x 474 x 412mm footprint sits easily on formwork or next to the pour.
What You Need to Run It This listing is for the drive unit only. A Belle 82V battery, a compatible charger and a flexible poker shaft are needed to put it to work and are sold separately.
