Description
Altrad Belle Maximix 140 Upright Cement Mixer
The Maximix 140 is Altrad Belle’s extra heavy-duty upright mixer for professional and rental users who need a mixer that copes with daily site use. It pairs an extra-thick 130 litre drum and 90 litre mixing capacity with a sealed cast gearbox, giving a robust machine that stands up to hard work.
Heavy-Duty Construction The Maximix 140 is built to last, with an extra-thick steel drum fitted with Rapid Mix paddles and a sealed cast gearbox designed for longer service life. The upright frame keeps the drum at a comfortable working height and turns it at 22rpm for a thorough, even mix.
Electrical Safety The single-phase electric models are fitted with a No Volt Release (NVR) switch, so the mixer will not restart on its own after a power interruption, and the motors are sealed to IP45.
Typical Applications The Maximix 140 is built for a wide spread of site mixing tasks:
- Concrete: footings, bases, slabs and posts
- Mortar: brickwork and blockwork on housing and commercial sites
- Rental fleets: a durable mixer for repeated hire use
- Landscaping: patios, walls and hard landscaping
Power Options Pick the power unit that matches your site. The Honda GX120 petrol model is ideal for new-build sites, remote locations and anywhere without a suitable power supply. The 110v electric model is the site-safe choice and needs a transformer rated at least 1.5kVA continuous or 3kVA intermittent. The 230v electric model is suited to a standard domestic supply on a minimum 13A circuit. Both electric versions run a 0.75Hp (0.55kW) motor, weigh 86.5kg and operate at 84dB, while the Honda model weighs 90kg and runs at 92dB.
Built for Barrow Loading The Maximix 140 is sized to suit the Altrad Belle Warrior wheelbarrow, helping keep loading quick and tidy on a busy site.
