Altrad Belle Minimix 150E+ Battery Cement Mixer
The Minimix 150E+ takes the proven Minimix 150 tip-up layout and drives it from Belle’s 82V lithium-ion battery platform. With no engine and no cable, it produces no exhaust emissions, so it can be used outdoors, indoors and in poorly ventilated areas where a petrol mixer would not be suitable.
Same Capacity, No Cable The 150E+ keeps the 130 litre drum and 90 litre mixing capacity of the standard Minimix 150, with a 2.0Hp (1.5kW) motor turning the drum at 24rpm. Belle quotes up to 2.0m³ of mixed output from a single charge, which covers a good day’s small-batch work on many jobs. At 84dB(A) it is also noticeably quieter than a petrol mixer.
Part of the E+ 82V Range The mixer uses the same 82V battery and dual charger as the rest of Altrad Belle’s E+ battery range, so batteries can be shared across compatible E+ machines on the same site.
Where It Works Best The 150E+ is well suited to jobs where noise, fumes or power access are a concern:
- Indoor and basement work: mixing in enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces
- Occupied and urban sites: lower noise for homes, schools and city-centre jobs
- Sites without power: no transformer, generator or extension lead required
- Concrete and mortar: footings, paths, blockwork and repairs
Options Available Choose the drum and the battery package that suits your fleet. The steel drum is the traditional heavy-duty option, while the PolyDrum is a polymer drum that is lighter and easier to clean. Machine only is ideal if you already run E+ 82V batteries and a charger. The 5Ah kit adds a 5Ah (360Wh) battery and dual charger, and the 8Ah kit adds an 8Ah (580Wh) battery and dual charger for longer running between charges. Belle quotes a full charge in about 39 minutes for the 5Ah battery and about 65 minutes for the 8Ah.
On or Off the Stand Like the rest of the Minimix family, the 150E+ can be used on its stand or off it, and the machine weighs 58.5kg without the stand in steel-drum form, so it is easy to load and move between jobs.
