Description

Altrad Belle Pro Tilt 1200 Power Float

The Pro Tilt 1200 is Belle’s large-diameter walk-behind power float, built for covering big slab areas quickly. A 46″ (1200mm) guard ring and a Honda GX270 petrol engine give it the size and power for warehouse, industrial and commercial floors. It comes with four 46″ combination blades for floating and finishing.

46″ Working Diameter The larger guard ring covers more slab with every pass than a 36″ machine, cutting the time spent on open floor areas. On large pours it lets one operator keep pace with the concrete as it reaches finishing condition.

Honda GX270 Engine The Honda GX270 four-stroke petrol engine develops 9hp (6.7kW) net to drive the larger rotor through float and finish passes. Running on petrol, the float needs no site power supply.

Quick Pitch Adjustment Blade pitch is adjusted with a quick pitch control, so the operator can change the blade angle between passes without stopping work for long.

Blades and Pans

  • Combination blades: four 46″ blades supplied as standard, for floating and finishing.
  • Float pan: a Belle 46″ pan is available for the first pass on wetter concrete.
  • Finishing blades: 46″ finishing blade sets are available for final passes.

Built for Large Pours At 114.5kg the Pro Tilt 1200 is a substantial machine that stays planted on the slab. It suits contractors who regularly finish large open areas and want a dedicated big-diameter float alongside smaller machines for edges and rooms.

Why Use a Power Float Early passes with a pan or flat blades close the surface and bring fine material up, and later passes with steeper blades produce a hard, dense trowelled finish. A walk-behind float does this far faster and more evenly than hand trowelling across a large floor.

Typical Applications Warehouse and distribution centre floors, industrial units, agricultural buildings, car parks and other large ground-bearing slabs.
