Description
Altrad Belle Pro Tilt 900 Power Float
The Pro Tilt 900 is a 36″ walk-behind power float for floating and finishing concrete slabs. This version has a folding handle that drops down for transport and storage, and it is powered by a Honda GX200 four-stroke petrol engine. Four 36″ combination blades are supplied as standard, so it is ready for both floating and finishing.
Mid-Size 36″ Guard Ring The 900mm guard ring is the all-round size for commercial and residential slabs, covering ground quickly while still fitting into rooms, bays and smaller pours.
Honda GX200 Power The Honda GX200 develops 5.8hp (4.3kW) net, enough to drive the rotor through the float and finish passes. Running on petrol, the machine needs no site power supply.
Folding, Adjustable Handle The padded handlebar adjusts for operator height and folds for transport, making the machine easier to load into a van and store. A central lifting point helps when lifting the float onto and off a slab.
Manual Blade Pitch Blade pitch is set manually from the handle, so the operator can flatten the blades for floating and increase the angle for finishing.
Blades and Pans
- Combination blades: four 36″ blades supplied as standard, suitable for floating and finishing.
- Float pan: a 36″ pan is available for the first float pass on wetter concrete.
- Finishing blades: 36″ finishing blade sets are available for final passes.
Why Use a Power Float Floating with a pan or flat blades closes the surface and brings fine material up, and later passes with steeper blades produce a hard, dense trowelled finish. A walk-behind float does this far faster and more evenly than hand trowelling, especially on larger slabs.
Typical Applications Warehouse and industrial floors, house slabs, garages, yards and any ground-bearing slab that needs a dense, flat, trowelled surface.
