Description

Altrad Belle Vibratech+ High Frequency Poker 110v

The Vibratech+ is an all-in-one high frequency poker that runs straight from a 110v site supply. The motor sits in the poker head and the converter is built into the line, so there is no separate drive unit or flexible drive shaft to handle. Each unit delivers up to 12,000 vibrations per minute and comes with 15m of electrical cable.

High Frequency Performance High frequency pokers keep their vibration consistent in the concrete, helping the mix release entrapped air and settle around reinforcement. Centrifugal force rises with head size, from 1,825N on the 38mm to 5,075N on the 58mm.

Low Vibration at the Hose With the motor in the head, much less vibration reaches the operator’s hands than with a mechanical shaft poker. Toolstore UK quotes 2.13 m/s² for the 38mm, 7m model.

Head Sizes and Hose Lengths Choose the head size and hose length to suit the pour:

  • 38mm: 7m or 10m hose, for walls, columns and congested reinforcement.
  • 42mm: 7m or 10m hose, an all-round size for general slabs and beams.
  • 52mm: 10m hose, or 7m with rubber end cap, for larger sections.
  • 58mm: 7m or 10m hose, or 7m with rubber end cap, for mass pours and foundations.

The rubber end cap versions help protect formwork faces and coated reinforcement from the steel head. The 10m hose gives extra reach for deep walls and wide pours, while the 7m hose is lighter to carry.

Power Supply Every Vibratech+ runs on 110v single phase at 50/60Hz and needs at least a 2.5kVA continuous or 5kVA intermittent supply, so check the transformer or generator before starting.

Tough Construction The hose is abrasion resistant to cope with being dragged across rebar, formwork and aggregate.

Typical Applications Retaining and basement walls, columns, beams, ground-bearing slabs, foundations and precast work, especially where steel is congested and a smaller, lighter poker head makes it easier to reach every part of the pour.
